7/26 Update: Our plugin was re-approved by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) a few hours ago. You will need to gain a new access token (and agree to the new terms) for whichever Meta platform for which you are trying to gain one. Meta has added new permissions, so you will need to gain a new access token and create a new FTS feed, as trying to refresh an old FTS feed won't work.

If, for some reason, you are unable to gain a new token, ensure you are running version 4.1.6 of the free Feed Them Social plugin. Then clear the FTS cache (FT Social > Settings > Clear cache) as well as manually clear any caching plugins that you have installed. Then, try again to gain an access token & create a new feed by going to FT Social > Add New Feed. Configure your new feed & then apply your new shortcode (likely replacing your old shortcode) onto your WordPress page.

Update: We are in the final approval phase and hope to have this issue resolved by tomorrow morning.

It's been a rough ride here since Friday. This is the first time in 10 years we have had an issue with Facebook. They have started imposing so many new restrictions these past few years that keeping up with them has been daunting. We have been working around the clock to restore service.

Again, we hope our app will be back up and running in the next 24hrs or so. We apologize for this interruption and thank you for your patience.

Our Feed Them Social feeds, connecting to Meta (Facebook & Instagram feeds) have stopped working. We have reached out to Meta for help to restore them. If you are affected by this, we apologize for this outage, hopefully, it will be brief.

Today (4/26), Twitter has been making changes to their API that have affected the Feed Them Social Twitter feeds for all of our users. Twitter is making more API changes at this time, many of which are relatively unknown. We are looking into this issue as well as having reached out to Twitter for some clarity and/or transparency.

At this time, we do not know how long the Twitter feeds will be down or how long it'll be before we can restore them. Hopefully soon. And when we receive more info on these new API changes, we can pass these updates on to our users.

We appreciate your patience while we work through today's Twitter API changes toward a solution.
